PANAMA CITY, Florida — The Gulf Coast Children’s Advocacy Center is preparing to welcome supporters for its upcoming Purse Bingo fundraiser, an event that combines an afternoon and evening of fun with a meaningful opportunity to support children and families impacted by abuse throughout the region.
Community response has already been strong, with the evening session officially sold out. Those who have not yet secured a spot still have an opportunity to participate through the event’s brunch session, where tickets remain available.
Purse Bingo gives attendees the chance to play for designer purses while supporting the Gulf Coast Children’s Advocacy Center’s mission to provide critical services to children and families. Funds raised through the event help support forensic interviews, therapy, advocacy and other services designed to provide children with a safe environment and the resources they need to heal.
“The response to this year’s Purse Bingo has been incredible, and we’re grateful to see so many people choosing to support the children and families we serve,” said Brent Patrick, Chief Executive Officer of the Gulf Coast Children’s Advocacy Center. “Every ticket purchased and every person who participates helps us continue providing quality services to victims throughout our community.”
While the evening session has reached capacity, the remaining session offers another opportunity for community members to take part in the fundraiser, enjoy the Purse Bingo experience and directly contribute to the work of the Gulf Coast Children’s Advocacy Center.
